BREEAM

BREEAM & Code for Sustainable Homes across Farnham, Surrey, Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire

Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) and Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) ecological assessment surveys are undertaken by our qualified, CIEEM registered ecologists.
Code is now compulsory for all new build buildings. Maximising your ecological credits can often be a cost effective way of gaining credits and will improve the environment around your development, making it more saleable.

We will review your site pre and post-development and assess its potential to meet ecological criteria set out in the BREEAM or Code guidelines for homes, offices, industrial, retail, healthcare and education facilities.

Recommendations will be made to help you achieve the maximum potential for your project.

As with all ecological surveys, timing is very important. Make sure that the ecologist will be carrying out the survey at an optimal time of year. (April-September). Ecological surveys carried out outside the peak season may not be accepted by the assessing body.
